Do you supply the boiler, or do I need to purchase it separately?
We supply and install your new boiler as part of a complete service. Our team will help you choose the right model and carry out the full installation.
How long does a boiler installation take?

Do you install both gas and oil boilers?
Yes, we install both gas and oil boilers, including combi, system, and regular boilers from all leading brands.
Can I upgrade from a regular boiler to a combi boiler?
Yes. We’ll assess your current setup and advise if a combi boiler is suitable for your home and hot water demand.
Before & After Installation
Will you remove my old boiler?
Yes. We’ll safely remove and dispose of your old boiler as part of the installation.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes, we’ll need access to your property throughout the install. We’ll arrange a convenient date and keep disruption to a minimum.
Will my heating or hot water be off during installation?
Yes, but only temporarily. We aim to restore heating and hot water as quickly as possible.
Safety, Certification & Aftercare
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Absolutely. All of our installers are fully qualified and Gas Safe registered.
Will I get a certificate after installation?
Yes. We’ll notify building control, register your boiler with the manufacturer, and provide a Gas Safe certificate.
Do you offer ongoing servicing or maintenance?
No. We focus on installation only, but we’re happy to recommend a trusted local engineer for annual servicing.
Is the boiler covered by a warranty?
Yes. Most boilers come with a manufacturer warranty of 5–12 years, depending on the brand and model.
